5 steps to success.

Step One
Choosing a property you love.
The real estate market is vast and exciting in Mexico, it’s important that you find a property that fits your wants and needs. Our team will be the boots on the ground to help you make that decision to ensure you’re always getting the best ROl.
Step Two
Make a reservation.
In Mexico, when buying a pre-construction property, a reservation fee is needed in order to secure a particular unit for a period of 14 days. This fee is 100% refundable should the Buyer change their mind and pull out of the transaction.
Step Three
Make an offer to purchase.
After you’ve selected and reserved your preferred unit, an offer letter with a purchase
price is submitted to the Developer. Both parties will sign this document that outlines details of the sale.
Step Four
Promissory note of agreement.
Once the offer has been accepted, due diligence begins. the Developer will provide the real estate attorney with a contract which contains all information about the property.
Step Five
Transfer funds & closing.
As per the contract, the agreed upon down payment will be paid via wire transfer. The real estate attorney will then arrange a time and date to close the transaction with the Notary.
