Steps from the pool, a short walk to two beaches, and a guest book full of 5-star reviews. Casa Colibri has already proven what it can do. Casa Colibri, Unit 412B, is a beautifully remodeled two-bedroom villa in Villaggio II, a gated community in Potrero, built in 2019. The first thing you notice is the height: soaring 18-foot ceilings flood the interior with natural light and give the whole place a wonderful sense of space. The open-concept living area flows easily into the kitchen and dining area, which seats six. The kitchen is set up for real cooking. It has stainless steel appliances, including a built-in oven, a four-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave, plus a handy pull-out cutting board. The spacious bar area adds extra counter space, a second sink and a wine refrigerator, so it’s ready for sunset drinks. Both bedrooms look out over the gardens. The primary has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. The modern bathroom has double vanities and a walk-in shower, and a brand-new Whirlpool washer and dryer handle the laundry. Then there’s the location within the community, which is one of the best spots in Villaggio II. The spacious covered terrace has dining for four, comfortable seating and ceiling fans, and it opens directly onto the community pool. An outdoor shower is ready for rinsing off after the beach. You get the ease of the shared pool with the comfort of your own private outdoor space. Villaggio II has 24/7 security, designated and visitor parking, mature tropical landscaping, and a large community pool with a Jacuzzi. The HOA is $319 a month. The value story is simple. Casa Colibri has been consistently rented over the years and has collected numerous 5-star reviews from guests, an established track record that few properties at this level can show. Playa Potrero and Playa La Penca are each about a 10-minute walk, and Potrero is known for calm water, beautiful sunsets, and a laid-back lineup of restaurants and local amenities. Playa Flamingo, Playa Brasilito, Playa Prieta and Playa Pan de Azúcar are a short drive away, and the Flamingo Marina and Las Catalinas are each about 12 minutes by car. Reserva Conchal Golf Course and more of Guanacaste’s favorite spots are easy to reach. Charming, rental-proven and perfectly placed by the pool, Casa Colibri is an authentic slice of Potrero living.
