Tulum 101 is planned as a gated community with controlled access, internal mobility focused on walking and cycling, underground infrastructure, dark sky lighting, and sustainability driven systems intended to support long term residential use. Distinct residential and hospitality concepts such as Nido, Ramia, and the future Faena District Tulum are integrated into the master plan, each contributing a unique architectural and lifestyle identity while sharing the district’s infrastructure and amenities.
